Que peut bien valoir cette lettre du Vietnam affranchie avec des timbres d'Indochine surchargés, qui sont les premiers timbres de ce pays. ? D'après le fichier PDF que tu m'as envoyé, il s'agit du numéro 19 a du Catalogue Michel avec la surcharge verte :
